White South Africans arrive in U.S. from Johannesburg

A group of white South Africans arrived near D.C. on a State Department-chartered plane and will be resettled as U.S. refugees. In February, President Trump granted an exception after suspending the U.S. refugee admissions program. NBC News' Andrea Mitchell has more.
