Burnouts and burning candles: vigil honors teen killed by car in parking lot race

16-year-old Jamel Hill was killed Wednesday by a street-racing car when it struck him as he sat on a parked motorcycle at the Christiana Fashion Center. Less than 24 hours later about 200 people gathered at the spot for a vigil.
