Ella’s Law: Make clean air a legal right

Breathing clean air, that doesn’t stunt your lungs as a child, or cause lethal medical conditions as you age, including potential lung, brain and heart diseases, needs to be treated as a fundamental human right with the Government duties to go with it, but for too long this invisible killer has been badly neglected.
