New restaurant opens offering 'gateway to soul of Persian cuisine'

Pardis, located at 141 Church Road in Hove, invites diners to experience the "heart of Iran". The site has previously been home to several restaurants, including Olé Olé, a tapas and flamenco bar, and Orsino, an Italian restaurant.
