Scunthorpe's steel gets reprieve from US 50 per cent tariff hike

The UK steel industry has been spared US President Trump's latest hike of tariffs on steel imports to the United States, but a 25 per cent tariff remains in place as a UK-US deal to wipe this off is still to take effect.
