New Mayor of North Lincolnshire, deputy council leader and important constitutional change

Councillors unanimously backed a constitutional change to allow them to have more of a public say on nationally significant infrastructure projects locally - a new Mayor was appointed and there is a new North Lincolnshire Council deputy leader.
