Jeremy Clarkson issues health update and says 'it did actually mess my heart up'

Former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson opened up a pub last year, while continuing to work on his nearby Diddly Squat Farm, which features in hit TV show Clarkson's Farm.
