Bilston petrol garage made to wait over 24/7 alcohol plans after 'serious concerns'

The garage said the amount of alcohol sold would be 'miniscule' compared to the nearby Morrisons supermarket but public health officials pushed back saying 24/7 opening hours would add to existing problems.
