Woman with stage 4 bowel cancer shares four symptoms she 'wished she spotted earlier'

A woman who was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer has spoken out about the symptoms she noticed prior to her diagnosis, and said she wished she had spotted one of them quicker.
