Man charged with murder of Phoenix Spencer-Horn back in the dock

Ewan Methven, 26, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court charged with the murder of 21-year-old Phoenix Spencer-Horn at a property on Glen Lee, East Kilbride, on Monday, November 18.
