Bristol man dies during 'holiday of a lifetime' after severe turbulence on plane

Geoffrey Ralph Kitchen was on the first leg of a six-week 'holiday of a lifetime' to South East Asia and Australia with his wife Linda when the plane was hit by severe turbulence.
