Storm Henk: flood closes A4103 at Aylestone, Hereford

TRAFFIC chaos is likely in Hereford this morning with a busy main road closed by flooding. Heavy flooding hit the A4103 roundabout at the bottom of Aylestone Hill yesterday as the river Lugg rose in the wake of Storm Henk.
