The 'dark and dangerous' Essex area with hundreds of streetlights - but 55 are broken

Paul Collins, Lib Dem councillor for Eastwood Park ward raised concerns with council officers over 55 broken lights across the city, including in a dark footpath beside Eastwood Brook.
