Suspected murderer of 50-year-old Robert Powell extradited back to UK three years after fatal shooting

Oppong was wanted by Essex Police after a 50-year-old man Robert Powell was shot eight times with a 9mm pistol outside a party in Water Lane in Harlow three years ago in June 2020.
