Work starts at Empire Cinema car park in Sutton Coldfield – but no word on film site refurbishment

McCarthy Stone has confirmed work is now underway on a new retirement apartment complex at the Empire Cinema car park in Holland Road, but Empire has yet to confirm when it will refurbish the much-loved Grade II listed film venue.
