Herefordshire Council wasting money on unnecessary projects

COUNCILLORS Anne-Marie Probert rightly criticises the Green-led coalition running Herefordshire Council for increasing council tax by 3 per cent and wastefully spending public money on unnecessary projects at a time of economic difficulties.
