With two climate bills in the works, we must mobilise green finance

In mid-May Northern Ireland’s Climate Bill was voted 58 to 29 by the NI Assembly to go to detailed scrutiny. This is a significant step towards committing Northern Ireland to net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045.
