Here we go again. Lockdown mark two. Northern Ireland has the dubious honour of being the first region in the UK to go for a so-called 'circuit-breaker' lockdown, lasting four weeks. Pubs, bars and sit-in restaurants are closed from today, and schools will be closed for two weeks from Monday.
