Geraint Thomas: Skipping Tour de France a ‘two-way decision’ says Ineos Grenadiers rider

Former winner Geraint Thomas says it was a mutual decision with Team Ineos Grenadiers that he would target the Giro d'Italia rather than this year's Tour de France.
