Lucas Torreira could join Atletico Madrid so Arsenal can fund Thomas Partey deal

Arsenal have been heavily linked with both Houssem Aouar and Thomas Partey during the ongoing transfer window - and they might be able to use Lucas Torreira to fund a deal for the latter with Atletico
