Appeal For Witnesses Following Burglary, Almondbury, Huddersfield

Police investigating a theft and burglary on the same street in Huddersfield are appealing for any CCTV footage or witnesses to come forward.

The incidents happened on Benomley Road in Almondbury between 2.45am – 3.15am on Friday 13th June.

A suspect took a pair of sunglasses from a vehicle parked on the street, before gaining entry to a house whilst the occupants slept inside.

The suspect took multiple items including the keys to a car which he then drove away. The car was recovered nearby later that morning.
