Appeal After Man Seriously Injured In Fail To Stop Collision, Roundhay Road, Leeds.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fail to stop road traffic collision in Leeds in which a man was seriously injured.
At 12.16am today (15/9) officers were called to the collision involving a 39-year-old pedestrian and a silver Vauxhall Astra at the junction of Roundhay Road and Spencer Place in Harehills.
The injured man was taken to hospital for treatment and is in a serious condition.
The Astra failed to stop at the scene and was found set alight in Harehills Avenue a short time later.
