Canadian says his TV pitch portrayed as Hunger Games for U.S. migrants was misrepresented

A Canadian-born freelance television producer said he brought his pitch to build a show around aspiring immigrants learning about the culture of their new country to the U.S., but the spirit of his pitch has been "completely misrepresented."
