Google Partners with Kairos for Nuclear Reactors to Power AI Data Centers

Google has partnered with Kairos Power and TVA to build a 50MW small modular reactor in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, by 2030, scaling to 500MW by the mid-2030s, to provide carbon-free power for its AI data centers.
