6 dead, key routes blocked as heavy rains batter Mizoram

Heavy monsoon rainfall has caused widespread devastation in Mizoram, resulting in the tragic deaths of six individuals and the destruction of at least 18 buildings due to landslides. The southern and eastern regions of the state are now isolated because of blocked highways.
