Quebec police warn citizens not to conduct their own searches as toddler's disappearance enters 3rd day

Quebec provincial police say about 150 officers and trained volunteers are taking part in the search for Claire Bell, a 3-year-old toddler who was reported missing on Sunday. The child's mother is expected to appear in court again on Wednesday after being charged with child abandonment.
