Amanda Waller (DC Extended Universe)

Amanda Belle Waller is a fictional character in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) and later the DC Universe (DCU) media franchise. She is portrayed by Viola Davis and is based on the DC Comics character of the same name. A morally ambiguous "ends justify the means" character as portrayed in the comics, Waller is a ruthless, calculating government official and the director of the agency A.R.G.U.S.
