Simon Laurence Stevens, Baron Stevens of Birmingham, Kt is a British health manager and public policy analyst serving as the eighth Chief Executive of the National Health Service in England since 2014. He previously served as an executive at the UnitedHealth Group from 2004 to 2014, an American for-profit managed health care company which offers health care products and insurance services. A former member of the Labour Party, he was a councillor in the London Borough of Lambeth from 1998 to 2002.
