Mukhtar Babayev

Mukhtar Bahadur oghlu Babayev is an Azerbaijani politician who is Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Republic. He has worked in various roles for the Azerbaijan state-owned oil company SOCAR since the 1990s.
