Labour: Gaps in mental health system must be looked at

Labour's Anneliese Dodds said "lessons must be learnt" following the Nottingham triple murder.

The Labour Party chair said both "gaps in policing" and "gaps in the mental health system" have created huge problems. It comes as the attorney general's office has received a referral arguing the sentence was too lenient, after the killer was given a hospital order.
