Labour Party Chair, Anneliese Dodds, says she supports the foreign secretary, James Cleverly’s visit to China, arguing it is “absolutely critical” for “securing diplomatic wins” with his Chinese counterparts.
Cleverly held talks with the Chinese vice president Han Zheng on Wednesday, and is set to meet the foreign minister Wang Yi in Beijing.
