Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg have created a very generic but lighthearted and entertaining Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film.

Mutant Mayhem has an overdose of meta quips and an overdone moral message but is also, at its core, trying to entertain without any real political position or malevolence bubbling under the surface.
