Dr. Jonathan Eisenstat, a medical examiner with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation fabricated and falsified his report that would indicate there were serious discrepancies in the autopsy that would be used to frame Roger Lee Baker, Jr for the murder of Calvin Ellison, in 2007, that he never committed.
