Earlier this month the U.S. government approved lab-grown meat sales to the public for the first time.
Forbes notes that two companies – GOOD Meat and Upside Foods plan to sell “lab-grown” chicken, but the new product cannot be produced as quickly or as cheaply as traditional chicken.
