Judge rules Australian soldier likely killed Afghan civilians

A judge has ruled that media reports of an elite Australian soldier killing civilians in Afghanistan were ‘substantially true’.

The ruling went against Ben Roberts-Smith who had tried to sue journalists for defamation.
