RABS (rapid action boats squadron) is the Sri Lankan Navy elite force.actually they used the team spirit and small boat concept then successfully got victory.
Meanwhile they engaged as prime force to engage natural disasters respondents in the country..
It is called 4RS..(Rapid response rescue & relief) squadron.
