Allen County coroner IDs Lillie Street shooting victim identified, 2017 battery victim

The Allen County Coroner’s Office identified two people who were killed in separate incidents on Wednesday afternoon.

A fort wayne woman dies from injuries related to a battery, that happened three years ago.

The coroner's office says 58- year-old "jacqueline coley" died from multiple blunt force injuries to the face and neck.

The coroner says the injuries coley received from a battery in october of 20-17 were a contributing factor in her death on sunday.

Coley is the 26th homicide victim of allen county this year.

We now have the name of the man who died in a shooting in fort wayne tuesday night.

The coroner's office says 31- year-old "allen ruffin" died from multiple gunshot wounds.

The shooting happened just after 8 p-m, in the 25-hundred block of lillie avenue.

Ruffin is the 27th homicide victim
