Lorraine Kelly 'refused' ITV offer to merge show with GMB as cuts announced

ITV bosses are said to have offered Lorraine Kelly the chance to merge her morning show with Good Morning Britain but the Scottish TV presenter is said to have been left 'insulted' by the suggestion.
