EastEnders' Timothy West died after 'unwitnessed fall' as cause of death is confirmed

An inquest has heard that EastEnders actor Timothy West died "peacefully in his sleep" aged 90 at a care home while receiving palliative care after a three-month stay in hospital following a fall.
