Two arrested on suspicion of child neglect and animal cruelty after dead dog found in Tamworth house

Breaking news as a man and a woman, both in their 20s and from Tamworth have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and animal cruelty after a dead dog was found at a property near Wilnecote lane.
