Pictures show King Charles' Scots eco-village is still a 'construction site' 15 years on

King Charles' Knockroon eco-village, which began construction in 2009, is situated between Cumnock and Auchinleck in East Ayrshire, with reportedly only 31 out of the 770 planned homes having been built over fifteen years.
