Tom Kerridge names 'the perfect restaurant' that could be 'the UK's best ever'

Tom Kerridge is a big fan of Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Padstow - and says it's "arguably one of the best restaurants, if not the best restaurant this country has ever had".
