Spare a thought for the dreamers on World Book Day - Cllr Alistair McNair

Turn any corner around 8.30am this coming Thursday, and you might be thinking a) you’re still asleep, b) the weed to oxygen ratio is out of control, c) care in the community has gone too far or d) nothing at all – it’s Brighton after all.  Why?  Because in quick succession you’re likely to have bumped into Alice, Mary Poppins, Gangsta Granny, the BFG and Willy Wonka.  Come with me, and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination.  Or has Marvel had yet another reboot?  Yes – World Costume Day is fast approaching.  I mean World Book Day.
