DWP under fire over Universal Credit perk leaving parents 'worse off'

Institute for Policy Research (IPR) data has found Universal Credit childcare scheme, which offers parents the option to cover as much as up to 85 per cent of childcare costs, is leaving some severely "out of pocket".
