Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury's shoppers can avoid £51 charge at pump

Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Asda motorists, as well as those at BP, Shell, Texaco, Esso and more stations, have been told to "consider" alternative fuel.
