Covid is still out there and capable of killing people, so decisive action on stopping spread can only be welcomed

The latest announcement from the Stormont Executive on Covid-19 is its most resolute to date. The statement yesterday from the Department of Health means that it will lockdown our towns and villages which are coronavirus hotspots, to save us from a feared second wave of infections .
