Sources: Struggling Nats fire Martinez, GM Rizzo

The Washington Nationals fired manager Davey Martinez and general manager Mike Rizzo and manager Dave Martinez on Sunday night, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan, hours after a 6-4 loss at home completed a sweep of his struggling club by the Boston Red Sox.
