
West Yorkshire officers and staff recognised in King’s Birthday Honours
Three dedicated police personnel who have spent long careers serving West Yorkshire communities and the wider Yorkshire region, have been recognised in the King’s Birthday Honours. Assistant Chief Constable (ACC) Carl Galvin and retired Detective Inspector (DI) Justin Burt are both awarded the King’s Police Medal (KPM) for services to policing. Mr Adrian Habgood, a Principal Forensic Evidence and Exhibits Officer, is awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for almost 30 years of expert work in the field of police forensics.
