Iraq Says Kurdistan Is Legally Responsible for Oil Smuggling

Iraq’s federal government holds the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) legally responsible for continued oil smuggling operations from Kurdistan outside Iraq, the Iraqi Oil Ministry said on Thursday.
