Field of Glory: Kingdoms Preview (PC)

The French are really pushing to recuperate their southern provinces. The Angevin Empire is big and has quite a few vassals, but their armies aren’t very effective. To make matters worse, we’ve just managed to get back into the black after hemorrhaging money for a few turns. It seems that their economy is in better shape. I spent an edict to gather extra troops and sail from England to the coast of France. Roger de Light might not be the best commander but as long as he has solid troops his army can perform well defensively. I also take the time to tweak peasant allocation in Hampshire. I also decide to build a rat catcher. I’m getting far too many messages about spreading disease. I should be working the diplomatic angles more. The Holy Roman Empire is powerful and could work with me. And I really need to make sure Scotland doesn’t think about reviving the Auld Alliance.
